There's a ics AOKP and a JB beta over on xda for the evo 3d. They will only work with a downgraded hboot.

I don't know what hboot is. I haven't bought the evo v yet but it looks like nobody is making roms for it yet.

There are several out there. They're just not precisely what you're looking for.

There are a ton of roms, this forum is just not active for this phone. Go over to android forums.

You can also use evo 3d roms from xda.

There is no evo v build on the aokp site.
