APN for Edge or 3G Speed?

Hi all,

I'm long time lurker and first time poster.

Recently just got the Skyrocket and noticed that using the LTE speed, data usage is used up extremely fast and on a 4 Gig limited data cap it would be great to have the ability to switch over 2G/3G signal.

Is there was a way to create a new APN to enable 3G or Edge speed?

I know the LTE radio can't be turned off on this device but there must be a way to modify the APN settings for lower speed.
