I have done everything with my Samsung galaxy s4 with my apn settings for straight talk, but it wont let me delete the att phone apn. This wont hurt it if it won't delete right. I just don't want att trying to get into my phone and disabling it in any way.

Hello. Straight talk utilizes AT&T's network, so that's probably why you see what you see in your APN settings. I don't believe they can disable your phone.
