Apostrophes showing in code

Basically the ' are being shown as &#
For example tha'ts is showing as tha&#ts and I was wondering why?

Only place I've noticed is in the google search

I just noticed on the Google Play website, the Google Search app is listed as not compatible with the Rezound.
