For the US, it depends on location. For example, some states require at least one person in the conversation to consent to the recording (if you are recording, you can be that one person), and other states require both parties to give approval. It has been a while since I looked, and I forget what the rules are for interstate calls. However I believe that either the rules for the state from which the person makes the calls, or the state where the person recording has precedence. You may confuse the issue even more by using a cell phone from one state, and placing the call while on the road in another state...

Ver 1.3 features:
