App crashes galore

So all of a sudden about 50% of the apps on my phone crash upon opening. Amazon, Outlook, Pandora all crash upon opening, although when I look at what apps appear to be open in the background, they seem to be there. Does anyone have any good troubleshooting tips for this kind of stuff? Normally I would spend a bunch of time researching, but my brain is mush, and I'm in desperate need of a fully functional phone
