App details in settings will not display.

The Facebook app details will not display. I want to delete Facebook, have got into settings, then app list but when I click on Facebook instead of displaying the info of app it goes back to the settings page. It has worked ok with other apps it's just Facebook that won't display for me to delete.

But, what phone are you using? Facebook actually pays most phone makers to make the app permanent. Meaning, it can't be deleted.

However, you can disable it so it's basically dead... not doing anything. That's what I did with my Samsung S9.

I have done a system update this afternoon and now it's working fine. I have managed to delete the Facebook app. Thanks for you help.
