I have a Galaxy S7, with android 7.0. And live in Nicaragua.

I like to have the YouTube Kids app installed on my phone for emergencies.

I find the YouTube Kids app on the Play Store and install. It works well when in use. I noticed a couple of days later that the app wasn't there anymore. So I reinstalled.

Noticed again a couple of days later. This time, in the play store it said ENABLE instead of install.

This happens periodically and haven't been able to figure out how it's happening. When the play store only says enable, I can also see it listed on my disabled app list in settings.

On my other phone, a galaxy s7 edge from a different carrier and on Android 6.0.1, this does not happen.

Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! If you Enable the app, do you then get an option to completely uninstall it, or does that only uninstall updates? If that's the case, then the app came preinstalled on the phone.
