Cripes, I'm so ignorant. I go to the cmd promt and type adb shell, but it doesn't recognize it. Thanks for everyone's help, but I think I'm gonna get a new phone tomorrow, and start fresh, being SURE to back up before I take any stock apps off.

There's no reason to get a new phone. Use this guide to restore everything back to stock.
 
Well, couldn't get Odin to recognize my phone. Finally went back to Sprint, got another one. Thanks for everyone's help.
