from adb (either connected to your computer, or on a terminal app running on the phone (as root):
Code:mount -o remount,rw -t rfs /dev/stl5 /system
You will have to flash a new ROM, either a copy of the stock ROM or a custom ROM

Cripes, I'm so ignorant. I go to the cmd promt and type adb shell, but it doesn't recognize it. Thanks for everyone's help, but I think I'm gonna get a new phone tomorrow, and start fresh, being SURE to back up before I take any stock apps off.
There's no reason to get a new phone. Use this guide to restore everything back to stock.
