App for phone/text only?

Is there an app out there that let's you ONLY do phone and text, then turn it back on to it's full beauty of social interecting/email/gps/whatever later?

Well, I feel stupid now. Thanks bud. I just turned that on to see how it went. I would like to perhaps turn off text, but that doesn't seem possible when you edit that front screen.
