When I was moving & editing Apps on my main screen I accidentally trashed my icon that takes you to your Alps! Now I don't know how to get it back or open/see any of my other Alps. Help please

Try long pressing on your homescreen and that should bring up a popup menu with options. That should give your shortcuts, etc to get your APP icon back in your launcher dock.
