App icons missing in Folders?

So I decided to de-clutter my desktop yesterday and moved some of my lesser used apps into folders but today when I powered up the tablet any apps that are on the sd card won't show the proper icons, just the one to show that it on the sd. Anyone got any ideas how to correct this?

What happens if you remove that shortcut and add it back again from the app manager?

I have the same issue when I boot it up, however it goes away in about 2 minutes or so (it shows the proper icon after two minutes or so).

First time it tried that it did the same after a shutdown and switch on but I've just tried again and this time it's worked. most strange :-\
