App Icons

On my Chrome OS, I can have three icons for the same "app". For example, for Google Docs I have a square icon, a round icon, and a square icon with what appears to be a lens in the lower right-hand corner.

I'm guessing that one is a standalone app, one is an app that requires a connection to the internet and the other is a PWA app.

Can anyone tell me how to know which is which or if I'm wrong on the trio?

The "lens" at the lower right is a Chrome icon -- that means it's the website. One of the others is the Android app -- if you uninstall it, the Chrome icon should disappear.

On my HP Chromebook X360 14, I'm trying to see if I can have both a shortcut for the website and a PWA, but it doesn't seem to let me, so I can't have more than 2 icons of the same thing. Can you show a screenshot of those 3 icons?
