App notification issues.

I have an S10e that I got for work and using the freshdesk app for tickets that come in won't give me any notifications. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I have notifications on, turned off power saver settings for that all and the phone. I get notifications for other apps and the freshdesk app works perfect on OnePlus 6t and the settings for the app are the same on both phones the app version is the same too I am not sure why this app won't send me notifications at all?
 
Also make sure it's not a app put to sleep in device care or being optimized by battery management
 
So factory reset must undid what was causing the issue , good to know
It must have but the phone was brand new and being a work phone I hadn't done anything to it but install that app and a few others I use as well as setup email all of which I did the same way after the factory reset so I have a feeling it was an os system issue somewhere and the factory reset fixed the underlying issue.

I had only had the phone for a couple of days.

Strange had to revert to factory reset being new setup but at least its good.
