App Notifications On Home Screen

Annoying as hell. As much as I tried NOT to get that recent update (Sprint), my phone installed it yesterday. Now I have an app that when I recieve a notification, it places a notification icon directly on my home screen. It shows up on the edge screen and notification bar like it suppose to but on the home screen is new to me. Any suggestions?

Found the damn culprit....

Cocktailservicebar was checked automatically after the update.

i don't have that cocktailbar and i still have this Problem.... Any solutions please?
