Bare with me, I just got my Nexus 4 and it is my first smart phone. While trying to remove the youtube app on the home screen, I somehow got it stuck to the gray google search bar at the top of the screen. I tried disabling the app, disabling the search bar, swiping the app, holding down on the app, I can't seem to get it unstuck from the search bar and it's driving me nuts. How do I free it from the search bar?

And I also can't figure out how to upload photos to my flickr account from the phone and can't seem to find an attachment option in google mail so please forgive the photo quality.

I'm sorry, but wouldn't that remove all the app, passwords, etc and set it back to the factory default? Seems like that would be the last resort, not the first thing to try?

Try powering it down by holding the power button for 10 seconds. When it comes back on, it should be gone.

i said reboot(aka restart the phone) not reset!! glad the issue is fixed for you.

Any time. Just a little tidbit, a restart of the phone can clear up most issues you may have. Exe: if an app is misbehaving or acting slow, a simple restart should help out.
