App open issue !!!

I have samsung j7 pro
Some apps doesn't open....whenevr i open it ,...a popup comes and says.

App_Name has stopped
☻open app again
☻send feedback

"has stopped" is a polite way of saying the app crashed.
See if rebooting the phone helps.
If not, try uninstalling the app and installing it again.
