Has anyone paired Waze and Youtube? So, the issue I'm having is, Youtube is set to autoplay next video. When I have both apps open, if the focus is on Waze then Youtube won't play the next video. I have to tap next to go to the next video. If the focus is on Youtube then Waze won't update the displayed map as I drive. It will give me alerts but the displayed map stays static until I tap on Waze window. Then it updates my location on the map. Is there a fix to this or am I stuck?

Unfortunately it's how the apps are coded. They need focus to perform those actions, so even though you're in multi-window, they won't act properly unless they have the focus window.

Would be nice but I think you're asking a bit much, even for the Note 8 ??????

I don't think they're asking for 'too much', and this is not a Note 8 issue. It seems logical that if the two apps are visible on multi-window, their functions would remain unaltered. But they're not, and that's on the app dev's side. Multi-window has been around for a while and since it's now officially supported by the OS, devs should really take this into consideration.

I agree. With the amount of RAM these new devices have, I think that's very doable.
