Hi everyone,
I’ve been having an annoying issue with my Motorola Moto G54 Power Edition after updating to Android 14 . Whenever I scroll through videos on YouTube, TikTok, or similar apps, there’s a noticeable crackling/popping sound from the speakers right before the audio of the next video starts. On TikTok, it happens almost every time I switch videos, while on YouTube, it’s only occasional but still noticeable.
Interestingly, I had a similar issue with Xiaomi phones (13 Pro and 14) on Android 14 (both phones I returned back because of this issue, it is really annoying..), so I’m wondering if it’s an Android/Dolby bug. Has anyone else with a Moto G54 experienced this?

Also, do you still hear the crackling when using earbuds (either wired or Bluetooth), or is it only through the phone's own speaker?

You have it at the highest volume level? What happens if u put it half way or 3/4?
I usually have my phone at 2/4 volume, sometimes at 3/4, at maximum volume it’s even more noticeable, but it’s there even at 2/4 and 3/4

I tried to record and capture the crackling sound. The first video is from the phone, but the crackling isn’t audible on the PC—that’s the YouTube video. The second video is a recording of the sound through the PC microphone of what the phone produces; you can hear the crackling there, especially at the end at 0:10-0:11. That’s the video from SoundCloud

I'll be honest, I can't hear any crackling in either of those recordings. Do you have any other recordings where it's more prominent?
