App Permissions Keep Resetting

I have my Huawei P20 Pro running EMUI 9.0.0. I have some apps (CCleaner, Norton Mobile Security, LastPass, etc.), that require special permissions in the accessibility options.
No matter how many times I enable these, they seem to have reset when I next use the app. These are usually to allow it to work fully, etc.
Diea anyone have any idea why this happens or how to fix it?

CCleaner is a good place to start, as it's not needed and slows your phone.
