App shows mobile hotspot draining battery when i dont ever use hotspot

I installed a security app to help show what apps drain battery. It listed mobile hot-spot when I have never used it

Is it enabled, even though you don't use it? If it is enabled, it may be constantly searching for devices.

Settings -> Wireless & networks -> More... -> Tethering & portable hotspot.

It's all turned off.

What is the name of the security app? Check its user feedback in the Play Store to see if others have mentioned the same thing.

And, what is the level of drain for hotspot? Is it 1% or 15%?
