I run "profile scheduler" to dynamically change the ring tone, notification, volumes, screen lock time outs etc. I am content with the way it works, and have been using it on 4.4.4 for some considerable time on a Moto G.
I've now upgraded to Lollipop and because the app uses a persistent "app status" icon in the status bar, I now also have a persistent lock screen notification about which profile is in use.
I know I can disable notifications in settings, but when I do this I also lose the app status icon (which lets me see at a glance which profile is active - useful for example if you are heading into a meeting with the boss to make sure you don't embarrass yourself!)
Is it possible to tweak the app notifications settings somehow so that for this app only I can see a nice little status icon at the top, but don't have to put up with a large notification banner across my lockscreen?
