I've looked around and seen a few answers, but I'm sure someone here can give me a definite answer.

Is the 32GB of available for apps? Or do you need to use apps2sd?

The reason I ask is my current phone (DInc) has 8GB internal, but is not available for apps.

Yes it is all available for apps and media minus the storage for the OS
