App to disable back/recent/home

I have a GS7 edge and one of the things that's a pain is when you're watching something, say on YouTube for example, and you hit one of the back or recent buttons. With the games it's not a problem because Samsung has an app that disables them and you have a little floating icon to re-enable them.

My question is, are there any apps our there that can do this but for other apps such as YouTube etc...?
