App to disconnect the charge when it's charged completely?

Hi,
Usually I charge my mobile overnite so Now I'm so much concerned about my battery which seems to be draining fast. I thought the battery must have damaged due to over charging Is there any android application which helps to disconnect the power or any other charger. Please prefer me suggesting me a Application because I have lots of charger already.

First off, what phone have you got? Most of the modern phones doesn't really suffer from leaving them charging for a long time.
