App to keep work completely separate from private

I would like to get my work email on my phone, but due to policy updates I won't (they will look at whatever they want on my phone & anything on my phone can be used to fire me).
I know there is Divide for keeping everything separate, but I would like something that doesn't take over as my default launcher. I remember reading about an app for this, but I'll be dammed if I can remember the name.

No. It's an app that provides what looks like a launcher but has only email, calendar, etc and can't access anything else on the system.
