app to manage multiple facebook accounts?

Is there an app that let's you manage 2 Facebook accounts at the same time? I know they make some for Twitter but not sure about Facebook.

I've also looked for this, to no avail.

Here is a better solution. It let's you easily sign in to 5 different accounts and is even more lightweight than FB lite.
