Question App to monitor and do automatic internet speed test

I am looking for a free App to monitor and do automatic internet speed tests. I got one for my desktop pc which provides logs on an hourly basis of what my broadband speed was, but I need one for my phone when the computer is off. I am trying to monitor my service and speed fluctuation.
