App to move "apps" to sd-Card

Has anyone developed, or is anyone planning on developing an app to move other apps to the SD-Card for use with FROYO.
It would be nice to be able to move most, if not all, apps, presently residing in phone memory to the SD-Card, as FROYO is capable of handling, on "new" installs of apps.

From playing with the applications, the ones it finds that are mobile are the ones that 2.2 shows as mobile.
