Is there an app to toggle between 3g and 4g?
For some reason, my phone was back to 3g and I was ammmmmazed at the battery life.
All day and went to bed at 32 percent.
Rebooted and it's back to 4g.
Some may argue that it doesn't make a difference but I know that I've never had this phone go all day and still have 33 percent at bedtime.
So, any apps that'll toggle these G's?

If you're rooted I'm pretty sure you can do it with GravityBox

Sent from my SCH-I545 running pure AOSP on SS!

On my phone I can select the preferred network mode in settings. I don't mess with it but check out your mobile network settings.

I love the APP though.. But I hate running third party apps for almost any reason..

Don't hate using third party apps. That's one of the best reasons we all use android! Just make sure it's a well recommended, used and rated one. Power Toggles is one of them. And you're going to miss the fun of using different launchers and other great apps, and free!

Has anyone gotten power toggles to work on that, with a 4g to 3g toggle? On Verizon?

I use aviate. Got me there.. As for third party apps.. I mean ones that do what stock apps already do. I like to run clean and stock. Its a preference.

Aviate enabled you to toggle from 4g to 3g? On stock?
Is that a launcher? Or just an app.?
I sure would like to cut 4g off when not necessary. Made a huge difference in battery use. I'd venture out and say that it doubled the battery when, somehow, I was accidentally on 3g.
