App to toggle cell radio?

So now that we have access to the whole Wear OS Play Store I'm curious: is there an app that will provide a tile or some other easy means to toggle the watch's cell radio? I'm looking for an easier way to turn this on and off than drilling down through the watch's settings menus to do this.

Note: I'm not referring to the "Mobile Data" option in the quick settings. That toggles the access to LTE data, but the radio itself stays on in either case.
