App Tray scrolling??

In My recent apps tray I cant seem to get a continous scroll when flicking through it only scrolls one at a time. How to fix this?

Turn off motion reduction

Cheers mate that was driving me mad all day. in advanted features and reduce animations was the setting i had enabled.
