App update questions

I know one if my apps had a update a couple days ago. When I go into my apps to update it it says it's up to date. It even has Tue date when it came out. It's not showing up that it needs updated. I checked the version number and yes I'm on the old version. Help. I've restarted my phone also.

Uninstall the app and install it again. It should be the new version.

Because app updates roll out in stages.
