App updates

Do you only have two choices as in manual or auto? The S Health wants to keep updating and it jacks every thing up so I went manual but thought maybe I could only make 1 app ask for permission.

In Google Play Store, there's only manual or auto. Do you use S Health and just don't want the update? If you never use S Health, you could probably Disable it, in which case it should stop bugging you for an update.
