Appbrain - Why the need?

Fastweb Installer man! Way better to browse the apps on Appbrain, then just click a button to have it instantly installed on your device. That needs to be an Android feature soon, hopefully it won't take too long. And then yea, having your apps saved, the "Hot" apps, recommended for you, etc. It's just the best, funnest, and most efficient way to browse, download, and organize your apps.

Have you ever tried to use Google's Market website?

Android.com - Market

Its just plain bad. I typically read about new apps on the computer, and being able to fire up AppBrain and send them to my DInc without going into the Market is super useful.

Totally agree. I was new to the Droid OS and before I got my X I did a lot of research online about the apps. Went to the Marketplace and was like 'I must be in the wrong place. This looks like some 3rd grader did it. No organization, completely useless'. So, I found Appbrain and it is MUCH better.
Easier to get around in

Simple reason: app management, browse on your PC (and read info, reviews, etc) and click install and it's getting installed on your phone- it's much quicker that way.
