Appearing as CD-Rom Drive

This is extremely annoying! When I plug my phone into the USB, it comes up as a CD-Rom drive rather than USB Storage. So, I have to either (1): EJECT the CD ROM then I can select USB Storage, OR (2) I can turn on USB Debugging. USB Debugging is OK but I don't have Administrator Rights at work to use it, so I have to disconnect it.

Any ways to fix this? I'm using Geewiz with Peanut Butta Kernel/Voodo.

Try having the phone plugged into the computer with usb debugging enabled, then reboot the phone.
