I'm not sure about being "owned" by the court considering the judge called the Samsung "not cool enough to be confused with the iPad". That's a blow for Samsung...although it works to their benefit as they are still able to sell in the UK.

I'm saying the courts are getting tired of apples patent claims, the not as cool comment kinda got under my skin because Imo the galaxy tabs are waaay cooler looking than the ipad

I agree. A friend of mine switched and said he loves it. Fine. Glad he does. I hate companies who think they should own the gambit of it all. I love my tablet. Glad I have it.
