Application installed from Apk store showing in the applications manager, "Not opening"

In my Galaxy View Tablet, installed app is showing in the applications manager, but not on the home screen, and also "Not opening"

Check in settings >apps scroll down and find the apk app

Welcome to Android Central! It's probably not compatible. Downloading apps from random apk stores doesn't guarantee the app will work, since they don't check for compatibility there. In addition, it's also a good way of getting malware, unless you're using a trusted apk site like apkmirror (which is run by Android Police).

The Galaxy View is fairly outdated, so if you're trying to install a newer app, that might be why it's not compatible.
