Question Apk file Space Redmi note 10 pro problem

Alright let me clarify what I meant by the title. My Redmi right now is experiencing this thing where in my APKs file in file manager it shows I have 3.2 mb, it was always have been zero before and I haven't downloaded anything and when I click on it, it said There's no apk file

I know 3.2 mb is quite small, but I'm just worried why I can't find this apk

I do however have a 3.2 mb apk in private and when I make it public it just stack to 6.4 mb APKs file Space.
