Application not installed

Hi Everyone,

I've recently upgraded from the s7 edge to the s8+. I transferred all data over using the cable, i now have 2 apps that are grey and when you click on them they say application not installed? How do i delete them?

You could try finding them in the Google Play store, if they show installed there you can uninstall them

the thing is i don't no what they are there just a grey android picture with no detail I've searched apps etc and can't find them

Can you long press the icons and get to app info?

no it only gives you options to move.

Look at your old phone if they still appear to be in alphabetical order like your old phone

Did you also use same SD card? sounds like they were possibly saved to that.
