applications disappearing and other issues

I have a rooted droid 2. Up until yesterday, never really had any major issues with it. I decide to download milestone overclock, install it, and run it. my phone started to run faster, it was snappier. but then late last night I saw that the pictures of the icons for pandora and foursquare and stream furious would not load. If you clicked the apps, nothing would open. I had to use foursquare so I went to the android market, and as soon as i searched for foursquare, the whole app froze, it was really strange. then the second time around I was able to redownload it. I think foursquare was stored on my sd card before. What should I do?
Unrelated to the installation of milestone overclock:
the keyboard wont light up sometimes and i have to lock the screen and unlock it to trigger it to come on.

any time I receive a phone call, slacker radio starts to force quit....

Did you mske a backup before you added milestone overlook? If you did try to restore that and see if that takes care of your issues.
