Application's notifications

I have an ltel A33 Plus A509 WP Android 11 Go edition on which the notifications of certain applications continue to appear while I have hidden them and deactivated the application itself!

the app i am trying to disable notifications is palmstore.
I deactivated the application and its notifications via: settings > applications and notifications.

It looks like Palmstore is Itel's preloaded app store. Do you ever use it at all, or do you use a different app store?

If you never use it, did you go to Settings>Apps, select Palmstore, and see if there's a Disable button there? Or is that what you mean when you said you "deactivated" it? ("Deactivation" is not the typical term used in this situation, which is why I'm trying to clarify.)

I use google play to install applications. I disabled palmstore but there are not even button to uninstall it!

Preinstalled apps often can't be uninstalled, only disabled. But if it's disabled, it shouldn't be giving you notifications either. Can you show us a screenshot of the notification you're seeing?

Are you able to see what the notification says before it disappears?

The notifications are ads to buy games.

The next time that notification appears, see if you can long-press it before it disappears, and then tap the settings icon that shows up to adjust the notification settings for whatever app is responsible. (There's a slight chance it's not the Palmstore app, but something else that was preinstalled in the system.)
