Applock is disabled error message

I just started getting this error message today. It has been interfering with me getting on Internet.
Any idea what this means and how to correct it??

I looked on You tube and downloaded Clean Master but no idea if that is really needed or if there is another way to correct this.

Running 5.1 on Samsung Galaxy Note 4.\\

Go to the App Manager--is there an Applock app in the Disabled list?
