Apps and files getting deleted automatically

[Android Central Question]

Apps like whatsapp, google classroom, google drive, google meet, cisco webex are getting deleted from my android phone (Oppo F17) automatically in the background mode and some times while using the screen is getting into dark mode, when i open and see the apps just vanished. even files downloaded from these apps and screed shots getting deleted too. this phone is new and facing issues from day one of purchase. I have updated google chrome and android system web view apps as well, even though problem continues. kindly advise to fix these issue.

Does Google service and apps come pre-installed on this device? For dark mode is it set on schedule?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying the apps get completely uninstalled from the phone, or are they just getting killed in the background, such that you have to restart them all oer again? Are you installing these apps from the Play Store, or from somewhere else?

Is this a work phone, or one you bought for yourself brand new?
