Apps aren't updating due to 'Insufficient storage'
I have had a problem with my Samsung S4 for quite a while now.
Whenever I try updating my apps, it won't do it , claiming an insufficient storage error.
However, I believe I have plenty of storage. Right now I have about 500 MB free on my device, plus tens of GB on the SD card.
I have been able to fix this intermittently by clearing the Download Manager cache (which at one point had accumulated up to 500 MB on its own, and more than 100 MB on another occasion) but that isn't working this time.
I also downloaded the App Cache Cleaner, which is great but doesn't always help.
What could this possibly be?
