Apps Constantly restarting/crashing? Lg V20

Ive had my v20 for a little while now, probably got it late December. Worked like a charm for many months till this recent month, it's been acting up for the past week or two. Now I know Snapchat isn't the best app to use on an Android bc the developers are garbage, but my app just freezes for a couple seconds and restarts to the sc camera. Everytime I try to take a pic, watch a story or talk to someone it freezes and then just restarts. Snapchat isn't the only app to do this, on Instagram it is constantly refreshing and crashes on its own too. It's almost like all my apps are restarting? But mainly apps that involve sms or internet connection. All my other apps do similar things and it's starting to drive me crazy. Help will be very appreciated thank you

Could be a bad app running in the background. Its a pain but all I can suggest is a factory reset.

Same here. I have random apps pop up that said they have stopped working and I haven't even used them in weeks. I have some apps that refuse to open unless I update them or uninstall and reinstall them.

I'm on Verizon

Since there are a few of you with this issue can you post a list of your installed apps? perhaps by comparing you can see if there is a problem appnin there. may save you the effort of a factory reset.

A basic thing to try is to boot into Safe Mode, which can tell us if the problem lies with a 3rd party app you installed vs something with the system/firmware. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-32496

The apps I have loaded from the Play store are in grey?

Snapchat and Instagram has stopped working for me. Other apps tend to freeze for one second and the screen kinda glitches for a bit. But Instagram and Snapchat are the worst for me atm

I'm on Verizon too. My apps don't seem to do anything when I'm not using them, it's only when I'm in the app itself. But it's a bummer bc Instagram and Snapchat are the most used apps for me /:
