Apps crashing after language change

[Android Central Question]

I changed my language to French (France) from English (United States) and immediately afterwards most of my downloaded apps and google applications began crashing. After I noticed, I changed it back to English and restarted the phone, but the problem persisted. I own a Huawei Mate SE. Any suggestions?

Try a Cache Partition wipe. Also, clear your cached data in Storage.
