apps getting messed up when i turn my phone off

when i reboot my phone alot of the time theres some apps that like wont work after. It's usally not the same one but it gets annoying. Is there a way to keep this from happening like unmounting the sd card before i turn it off or something.

Also my phone is rooted but is still on stock rom

Are these apps that are moved to the SD card? It always takes a little on a reboot or start up for all the apps to load once the SD card is prepared.
