Apps getting small?

Okay so when you grab the top left/right corner the apps will get small if you pull down. Can you turn this off?

Why would you want to? Do you have some strange corner fetish that needs to be addressed? This is one of two ways that you now can truly multitask. Why remove it?

All kidding aside, why turn this off if you could?

Awesome feature in my opinion. I've only done it by accident maybe twice. If you're doing it by mistake frequently just moving where you slide down your notification shade may help.
